Clerk Statement
Greetings from the City Clerk’s office! I am privileged for the opportunity to serve as the City Clerk/Treasurer for Falmouth. My employment began in June of 1997 after a historic flood in March of that same year. Slowly, the recovery began to restore records and operations in order to serve the residents as efficiently and effectively as possible.
My goal is to bring the knowledge, training, and years of experience to this office, so that we might create a professional environment in which our residents can conduct city business. It is our mission to serve the public in the most efficient manner possible by continuing education and training of our staff, and by adding technology where possible in order to move Falmouth forward in a positive way.
Our staff is here to answer any questions regarding city property taxes, utility bills, open records request, city meetings, and other questions regarding the City. We are open Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 PM. Please contact us with any questions or concerns that might assist us in serving you, our residents, and our community better. We look forward to hearing from you.
We can't be afraid of change. You may feel very secure in the pond that you are in, but if you never venture out of it, you will never know that there is such a thing as an ocean, a sea. Holding onto something that is good for you now, may be the very reason why you don't have something better.”
