Updates Regarding Planning and Zoning
Dear Property Owners:
This is a friendly reminder that any construction beyond normal maintenance and repair occurring on a commercial building, a multi-family building or any other structures for public use within the City of Falmouth are required to receive the following permits prior to construction:
1. A commercial building permit from the State of Kentucky
2. A floodplain permit, if in the floodplain
3. A zoning permit, if applicable
